I am a digital humanities specialist trained in computer science. My Ph.D. dissertation was to explore the possible ways of analyzing digital full texts (mainly historical documents) using information technologies. I was the project manager for the China Biographical Database (CBDB) for two years at Harvard University and now the digital content curator for the Max Planck Institute for the History of Science in Berlin.
